HAIR CARE: At our factory, we prioritize cleanliness. Donor hair is neutralized with Chi products as soon as it arrives. Before shipping, we pre-wash the hair using Chi Sulfate shampoo and conditioner. We maintain a clean environment by washing our hands before touching the hair, storing it properly to prevent odors, and ensuring it's kept off the floor. (We sew single tracks)

HAIR DYE:Want to dye your hair extensions? simply add this product to your cart and use the "special instructions" section at checkout to let us know how you want hair dyed. Please allow 2 business days for your custom-colored extensions to be sent in mail. We use Ador, 30 developer, chi color conditioner, and BW2 for the best results.

MEASURING YOUR HEAD:Measuring your head accurately begins with preparing your hair. Your natural hair should be in the same condition as you plan to wear it under your unit. To achieve the flattest fit, consider braiding your hair into (8-10) cornrows or securing it into a ponytail and covering with a wig cap. The key is to keep your real hair as flat as possible for accurate measurements.

To ensure the perfect fit, we require 6 key measurements: Circumference, Front to nape, Ear to ear, Temple to temple, Nape of neck. The four most crucial measurements are Circumference, Front to nape, Ear to ear, and Nape of neck. For accuracy, take these measurements 2-3 times.

process and double/triple check your measurements prior to submission. Measure your head with a soft measuring tape ONLY, no other type of measuring tape will provide accurate measurements. Your wig may not fit properly if measurements are incorrectly taken or guessed. The fee for re-seizing your wig.
