Please allow 2 business days for your custom-colored extensions to be sent in mail. We use Ador, 30 developer, chi color conditioner, and BW2 for the best results.

HAIR CARE: At our factory, we prioritize cleanliness. Donor hair is neutralized with Chi products as soon as it arrives. Before shipping, we pre-wash the hair using Chi Sulfate shampoo and conditioner. We maintain a clean environment by washing our hands before touching the hair, storing it properly to prevent odors, and ensuring it's kept off the floor.
